Abstract

According to result of the research, work motivation of the Field Extension Workers influence increasing of work discipline and also work productivity. When Field Extension Workers had extension certificate, they were recognized as professional worker and get honorarium as professional honorary. Enough salary and more professional for The Field Extension lllorkers will be hoped increase work motivation and further more increase discipline and work productivity.
